HTLS (High-Temperature Low-Sag) Conductors represent a new generation of overhead power transmission conductors designed to meet the growing demand for higher power transfer capacity without constructing new transmission corridors.

Unlike conventional ACSR (Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced) conductors, HTLS conductors can operate at much higher temperatures up to 250°C while ensuring minimal sag, thanks to their special core materials and advanced construction. This makes them ideal for uprating existing transmission lines, where upgrading capacity is required but space, cost, and environmental clearances pose challenges.
